International Shipping

Yes!  The Natural Horse Co can ship to most international destinations.
At checkout all you need to do is look for your country on the destination list and the shipping cost will be automatically calculated.  This shipping fee is for a fully tracked service.  
SHIPPING TIMES VARY for each country and are subject to the carrier's terms & conditions.  Once your order is handed over to the postal service TNHCo cannot speed up delivery.  
If you need an order quickly TNHCo can arrange EXPRESS shipping for you.  Just email info@thenaturalhorseco.com and an express shipping cost will be quoted for you.

If you need extra services such as Signature On Delivery or insurance these can be arranged.  Please email info@thenaturalhorseco.com  There is a cost for these services which will be quoted added to your order.
IMPORT FEES - if you live in a country that charges import fees, VAT or GST these costs are your responsibility and will not be refunded or paid by TNHCo.
PLEASE ENSURE  YOUR ADDRESS IS EXACT.  If an order cannot be delivered to you due to an incorrect or incomplete address it will be returned to TNHCo and you will not be eligible for a shipping cost refund.
